SEXAGENARIAN WOMAN DIED IN BUXAR VILLAGE

BUXAR (RNI) An elderly woman succumbed to her injuries at the Buxar Sadar Hospital during treatment. The deceased was identified as Lavangi Devi 60 wife of Moti Ram of local village under Dhansoi police station in Bhojpur district. A named FIR was lodged with the police under Dhansoi police station in this regard against six persons. Police are investigating the matter and also conducting raids to arrest the miscreants.

SHO Dhansoi police station Gyan Prakash Singh said that Kali Puja was being observed at a village under Dhansoi police station. After the Puja, two groups of the village clashed over a trivial issue. Lavangi Devi 60 wife of Moti Ram went there to intervene but the quarrelling groups embroiled with her in which she and two others were injured. The injured were admitted to the Buxar Sadar Hospital but Lavangi Devi succumbed to her injuries in the morning during treatment.
