Buxar, 9 January 2023, (RNI): Buxar police recovered body of a sexagenarian hanging to a branch of a tree at Badaka Sighanpura village under Simari police station and brought it to the Buxar Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The deceased was identified as Md Jahagir Ansari 62. Police are investigating the matter. Reason behind the incident is still to be ascertained.
SHO Simari police station Sunil Kumar Nirjhar said that Md Jahagir Ansari committed suicide by hanging himself to the branch of the tree due to family dispute. He said that the exact reason of his death would be ascertained after the postmortem report.
