SEXAGENARIAN BEATEN TO DEATH IN BHOJPUR VILLAGE

Ara, 20 July 2023, (RNI): One sexagenarian was beaten to death at Mahadalit Tola of Babhangawa village under Krishnagarh police station in Bhojpur district. The deceased was identified as Bihari Musahar 60 of the village. Later the police recovered the body and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem. An FIR has been lodged with the police under Krishnagarh police station in this regard against three persons Pintu Musahar, Sribhagwan Musahar and Dhan Kumar Musahar on the statement of the family members of the deceased. Police are investigating the matter and also arrested three named persons in this regard. Later the police sent them to jail after interrogation. 

SHO Krishnagarh police station said that Bihari Musahar lived in Babhangawa village and was farm labour. He had some dispute with his neighbour and they thrashed him and injured with traditional weapons. Later the police rushed him to the Ara Sadar Hospital but he succumbed to his injuries on way to the hospital.
