SETTLEMENT OF LAND OF BIHAR GOVERNMENT SETTLED ILLEGALLY, ORDER ACTION AGAINST THE GUILTY EMPLOYEES
Illegal endowment of government and rayati lands online settlement gangs are very much active in Bhojpur district with the alleged connivance of the employees of the Circles came out of closet after over one dozen online illegal settlements of government and rayati lands were cancelled. More than 300 decimals of land cases in the various circles were detected and cancelled by the ADM court.
Ara, 7 July 2023, (RNI): Illegal endowment of government and rayati lands online settlement gangs are very much active in Bhojpur district with the alleged connivance of the employees of the Circles came out of closet after over one dozen online illegal settlements of government and rayati lands were cancelled. More than 300 decimals of land cases in the various circles were detected and cancelled by the ADM court.
In the court of the ADM Manoj Kumar Jha, hearing the cases related to the endowment of the land of the Bihar government was held in an avoided manner. The first case is of Saripur Bachari Mauja of Sandesh circle in Bhojpur district in which the computer operator transferred and settled 30 decimal, 50 decimal and one acre 80 decimal of the land of account number 681 of Bihar government in the name of Sushila Devi. Likewise 6.5 decimal of land of Bihar government of Araila Muja of Agaiwa circle was settled and transferred in the name of Lalti Kuer while 24 decimal and 18 decimal of lands at Badgaon Mauja of Agiaw circle of land account number 1339 was transferred and settled online illegally in the name of Girija Singh and Sudarshan Singh respectively. Again, 58 decimal and one acre 56 decimal of land of Bihar government at Shivpur mauja in Jagdishpur circle were transferred and settled online illegally in the name of Asha Devi and Shamima Khatoon respectively.
When the matter was disclosed the ADM conducted terrestrial investigation and started hearing in his court after registering a case for the cancellation of the avoied endowment and illegal online settlement. He also sought inquiry reports from the Circle Officers of the concerned circles and all the COs told in their inquiry report all the endowments and settlements illegal. After that, the ADM issued order to cancel all the cases together. The ADM also ordered the COs to identify the guilty worms and take action against them.
The ADM Manoj Kumar Jha said that in Saripur Bachari Mauja of Sandesh, Araila Mauja and Badgaon Mauja of Agiaw and Shivpur Mauja of Jagdishpur circles in Bhojpur district, the land of Bihar government has been arranged in an avoidable manner to whom all settlements have been cancelled after the hearing.
