SAHRIDAYA JEE WAS A NATIONAL LEVEL LITTERATEUR—PROF. BALIRAJ THAKUR
-Floral tributes were paid to Bihar’s one of the greatest litterateurs Acharya Havaldar Tirpathi ‘Sahridaya; on his 28th death anniversary today.
ARA (RNI) Floral tributes were paid to Bihar’s one of the greatest litterateurs Acharya Havaldar Tirpathi ‘Sahridaya; on his 28th death anniversary today. Under the aegis of ‘Haripal Dubey Research Institute Ara’ a programme was organized under the presidentship of former Head Of the Department of Hindi, Veer Kuer Singh University (VKSU), Dr. Nand Jee Dubey at the residence of Krishna Chandra Dubey. Prof. Baliraj Thakur, district president, Bhojpur district Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, inaugurated the programme by lighting the candle while Raghunath Singh extended vote of thanks.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof. Baliraj Thakur described Acharya Havildar Tripathi ‘Sahridaya’ as an ideal freedom fighter and said that he became a national level litterateur through his tireless literary practice. He composed vast literature and his works will always remain relevant. He was kind-hearted in true sense. Diwakar Pandey, Head of the Department, Hindi, VKSU said that he has done a new experiment in Bhojpuri. His ‘River of Bihar’ is a research book. There should be more research on his works.
Jitendra Kumar, President, Bihar State JanSanskriti Manch said that they should take inspiration from Sahridaya Ji’s literacy practice. Dr. Mahesh Singh, Philosophy scholar said that there should be free discussion on Tripathi’s works. He devoted his life to the pursuit of literature. Poet Janardan Mishra recited poems while narrating his memoirs. Social worker Shivdas Singh described Sahridaya Ji as an ideal social worker. Programme Coordinator, K C Dubey while narrating memoirs related to Sahridaya Ji, recited some excerpts from his writings. He said that the research institute will get his unpublished works published.
Dr. Nand Ji Dubey said that his personality was multidimensional. He was a freedom fighter, litterateur and social worker whose personality was inspiring.
Some others who also expressed their views were Chandama Dubey, Pintu Singh, Amresh Kumar Pathak and others.
