Rs. 1.5 LAKH LOOTED FROM CSP CENTRE IN BHOJPUR
Motorcycle borne unidentified armed miscreants looted Rs. 1.5 lakh from CSP centre of the State Bank of India (SBI) at Sarsiwan Chowk under Dhobaha police station in Bhojpur district in the afternoon today. The miscreants locked the owner of the CSP centre and escaped from the scene.
Ara (RNI) Motorcycle borne unidentified armed miscreants looted Rs. 1.5 lakh from CSP centre of the State Bank of India (SBI) at Sarsiwan Chowk under Dhobaha police station in Bhojpur district in the afternoon today. The miscreants locked the owner of the CSP centre and escaped from the scene. On information, the police rushed to spot and started investigating the matter on basis of the CCTV footage. The CSP owner is identified as Sonu Kumar Yadav of Parashurampur village under Badahara police station. He ran a CSP centre of the SBI at Sarsiwan Chowk since 2020.
SHO Dhobaha police station Sanjeev Kumar said that three masked miscreants committed the crime and the police are investigating the matter.
Bhojpur SP Pramod Kumar Yadav said that at least three miscreants looted about Rs. 1.5 lakh from the CSP centre of the SBI at Sarsiwan Chowk under Badahara police station. He said that as per the statement of the CSP owner, as he opened the CSP centre, three youths entered the centre and looted Rs. 1.5 lakh and a mobile from him. Later they locked him in the centre and escaped from the scene.
