ROHTAS POLICE ARRESTED THREE MISCREANTS WITH FIREARMS

SASARAM (RNI) rohtas police arrested three miscreants and seized two country made pistols, one sword and a stolen motorcycle from them. The arrested miscreants were identified as Uttam Kumar, Dhan Jee Kumar and Niranjan Kumar of Jamraodh village under Dinara police station in Rohtas district. A named FIR was lodged with the police under Dinara police station against them under the Arms Act and the police sent them to jail after interrogation.

SHO Dinara police station said that the police were checking vehicles under the police station area when a motorcycle came there. The police intercepted and checked the motorcycle with the help of HB machine that revealed that the chassis number or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of the motorcycle  and engine number were erased and over written another number that disclosed that the motorcycle was stolen and so the police seized the motorcycle and arrested the youth Uttam Kumar of Jamrodh village under Dinara police station in Rohtas district. When the police checked his mobile, a video of two youths firing was seen. On the revelation of Uttam Kumar, the police arrested his cousin brother Dhan Jee Kumar from his house at Jamrodh village. Both told the police that they had purchased the firearms from Niranjan Kumar of the same village. Later the police also arrested him.
