ROHTAS POLICE ARRESTED THREE MISCREANTS IN TRIPLE MURDER CASES

SASARAM----------------------------Rohtas police arrested three miscreants in connection with double murder case and sent them to jail after interrogation. The arrested miscreants were identified as the mastermind of the murder Vikas Kumar alias Vikas Pandit 24 son of Dilip Pandit, Chandan Kumar 19 son of Bharath Singh and Vikas Kumar 20 son of late Satyendra Singh of Dharupur village under Bikramganj police station. Love affair is said to be the cause behind the incident. The plot was hatched for the double murder inside the Bikramganj jail.

DSP Kumar Sanjay Kumar said that Himanshu Kumar alias Pradeep Rao son of Arun Kumar Singh of Kharhana village under Simari police station and Vinay Kumar alias Ganga Sagar 25 son of Hridyanand Yadav 19 of Manpaa village under Murar police station were shot dead near Lilari Bridge at Dharupur Canal under Bikramganj police station in Rohtas district on July 18, 2024 and an FIR was lodged with the police under Bikramganj police station in this regard.

The DSP said that all the murders are linked with Dalmiyanagar. He added that on January 6, 2022, Rahul Kumar alias Bunty was killed at Askamini Nagar under Bikramganj police station and another youth Himnashu kumar was injured. Himnashu Kumar had said in the FIR that Prince Kumar had hired Rocky and Nitish for his murder and sent them to execute the plan but coincidently he survived and Rahul Kumar alias Bunty was killed. The DSP said that that very Himanshu Kumar was killed on July 18, 2024 and his friend Vinay Kumar alias Ganga Sagar had to pay the cost of friendship with his life.

The DSP further stated that the contract killers languishing in the Bikramganj jail in connection with murder of Rahul Kumar Bunty, Rocky and Nitish of Bhabhua met Vikas Pandit of Dharupur and very soon they became friends. They hatched a plan in the jail to kill Himanshu Kumar. After they came out of the jail on bail, they called Himanshu Kumar and Vinay Kumar to Dharupur and killed them. On the other hand Vikas Pandit said that Himanshu Kumar knew his friendship with Rocky and so he wanted to kill him. He had called him to Kharhana village under Simari police station to execute his plan. He went there but returned as he smelt some rat there. After that he called Himanshu Kumar requesting him to go to Bikramganj where there was an arrangement of girl with meal. Himanshu Kumar became ready and along with his friend Vinay Kumar came near the Sun Temple, Dharupur at Lalaki Canal where they killed Himanshu Kumar and Vinay Kumar after having meal.

The DSP stated that after institution of FIR, the Rohtas SP formed a police team under him and the police team following technical and scientific evidences, conducted raid at Dharupura village and arrested Vikas Pandit alias Vikas Kumar, Chandan Kumar and Vikas Kumar. He added that during interrogation, the miscreants confessed before the police their involvement in all the three murders. Later the police sent them to jail after interrogation. The DSP said that three cases are pending against Vikas Pandit under Karakat police station, one each under Hasan Bazaar and Agrer police stations while one case is pending against Chandan Kumar under Bikramgnj police station and three cases are pending against Vikas Kumar under Karakat police station.
