ROHTAS POLICE ARRESTED CRPF PERSONNEL FOR MURDER OF RETIRED ARMY MAN

SASARAM---------------------------------Rohtas police solved the mystery of murder of former army mam Vijyendra Singh and arrested the miscreant. The arrested miscreant was identified as a CRPF personnel Ranjan Singh alias Raju Singh of Nima village who is brother of a deceased Nitish Kumar.

Rohtas SP Vinit Kumar said that the someone had killed Nitish Kumar on January 23, 2020 and the CRPF personnel suspected that the former army man Vijyendra Singh had killed his brother Nitish Kumar son of Sachchidanand Singh of Nima village under Suryapura police station in Rohtas district and a named FIR was lodged with the police under Suryapura police station against Shiv Jee Yadav alias Vijay Yadav and his son Manish Yadav of the village in this regard on the statement of Sachchidanand Singh.  So to take revenge, he hatched a plan and gave a contact of Rs.5 lakh to contact killers Aditya Kumar and Ajit Yadav. He transferred Rs. one lakh in the bank account of Aditya Kumar Singh and also Rs. one lakh to Ajeet Yadav for buying arms and ammunition and promised to give the rest amount of Rs. 3 lakh after execution of the plan but the arrest of Ajeet Yadav revealed all the plans and the police are looking for to arrest the miscreants who helped the contract killers to reach Vijyendra Singh.

The CRPF personnel, Ranjan Singh alias Raju Singh son of Sachchidanand Singh is a resident of Nima village and was posted at Latehar in Jharkhand. He is a CRPF personnel in the 214 battalion. The Rohtas police arrested him from the place of his posting. Raju Singh had transferred Rs. 1 lakh in the bank account of Aditya Kumar son of Pramod Kumar of Kodhawa village under Jagdishpur police station in Bhojpur district and the mob had beaten Aditya Kumar to death at Goshaldiha village after the murder of Vijyendra Singh.
