ROHTAS POLICE ARREST THREE MISCREANTS WITH FIREARMS

Sasaram (RNI) Rohtas police arrested three miscreants red handed and seized a country made pistol and eight live cartridges from near Pithani Bridge under Dinara police station in Rohtas district when they were hatching plan to commit crime. The arrested miscreants were identified as Dhan Jee Singh son of late Bhola Singh, Birendra Yadav son of Nand Kishore Yadav and Alakh Prajapati son of Jag Narayan Prajapati of Arang village under Dinara police station.

SHO Gudiya Kumari said that vehicle checking drive was going on near Pithani Bridge on Dinara-Baraw main road. Meanwhile, all the three miscreants were coming towards Dinara on foot following an auto-rickshaw. Seeing the police they tried to escape but the police chased and caught them and brought them to the police station. When searched, the police recovered a country made and eight live cartridges from them. During interrogation, the miscreants revealed that they were involved in a theft in a mobile shop.
