ARA-----------------------One person was killed while two other injured when his car dashed against a tree on roadside near Tazanbigaha village under Rampur Chauram police station on Sone canal main road in Arawal district. The deceased was identified as Gautam Kumar of Sewatha village under Sahar police station in Bhojpur district. He was Agiaw block president of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and was son of Station Master Umesh Razak and former Block Pramukh Pushpa Devi. The injured were identified as Prince Kumar of Kaler village and Sonu Kumar of Ara. Police recovered the body and brought it to the Arwal Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The injured were admitted to a local hospital.
SHO Rampur Chauram police station Sintu Kumar said that Gautam Kumar along with Sonu Kumar of Ara and Prince Kumar of Kaler village was returning from the reception of cousin brother at Kaler village. He said that the marriage of Prince Kumar, cousin brother of the deceased was solemnized at Ratanpur village on November 26, 2024 and after the marriage, a reception was organized in which Gautam Kumar drove to Kaler village to attend the reception party
