RE-COUNSELING BETWEEN BHOJPURI ACTOR PAWAN SINGH AND HIS WIFE JYOTI SINGH FAILED ONCE AGAIN
The re-counseling of Bhojpiur film industry actor cum singer Pawan Singh and his wife Jyoti Singh once again failed. Even after a long hour of re-counseling in the family court at the Ara Civil Court, no settlement could be reached between the two and now trial will go on in this case.
ARA, (RNI) The re-counseling of Bhojpiur film industry actor cum singer Pawan Singh and his wife Jyoti Singh once again failed. Even after a long hour of re-counseling in the family court at the Ara Civil Court, no settlement could be reached between the two and now trial will go on in this case.
Court sources said that Pawan Singh was ready to give an amount upto Rs. 1 crore for settlement but his wife was asking for Rs. 5 crore. Both of them had reached the court on Saturday afternoon for counseling. As soon as the news of Pawan Singh reaching the Ara Civil Court spread, a huge crowd of his supporters gathered and so Pawan Singh escorted to the Family Court chamber under tight security and counseling of both started in the presence of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Shweta Kumari Singh. Pawan Singh’s lawyer Sudama Singh and Jyoti Singh lawyer Vishnudhar Pandey and Aditya Kumar were present in the court. Counseling was also held in the court on September 27, 2023 regarding the settlement.
Pawan Singh had filed for divorce from his second wife Jyoti Singh in the Family Court of Ara on October 9, 2021 and Jyoti Singh appeared in the court on April 28 and demanded for interim maintenance of Rs. 3.5 lakh per month and since the case is sub-judice in the court.
The first counseling took place in between the two regarding this matter on May 7, 2023 and the Principal Judge, Family Court had tired her best to reach a compromise but the matter did not work out.
Jyoti Singh of Uttar Pradesh is the second wife of Pawan Singh and they got married in the year 2018. After leaving together for about three years, Pawan Singh filed an application for divorce from his wife Jyoti Singh. Jyoti Singh, through her lawyer, accused Pawan Singh of harassing her after the marriage and his behaviour became rude. He often thrashed and abused his wife. Jyoti Singh has also been forcibly aborted though Pawan Singh’s lawyer refuted all those allegations.
