RAIDS AT THE RESIDENTS OF TITANS OF SAND BUSINESS

Ara (RNI) A team of Enforcement Directorate (ED) from Patna conducted raids at different places related to big titams of sand syndicate Punj Singh alias Puran Singh and Krishna Mohan Singh in Bhojpur and Dhanbad today. Reportedly, the ED conducted raids residents of a big titan of sand syndicate and Director, Aditya Multicom Private Limited at Ara and at Sri Ram Vatika at Dhandiha of Koelwar in Bhojpur district besides at Dhanbad today in connection with over 250 crore of revenue evasion. Punj Singh along with Gajnarayan Singh and his son Satish Kumar do sand business together.

A six member ED team also conducted raid another sand titan Krishna Mohan Singh at Anand Nagar locality under Ara town police station. The ED team is investigating all the movable and non-movable properties of Krishna Mohan Singh who has been the Chairperson of Brodson Sand Company. Punj Kumar Singh alias Puran Singh had been director of the Brodson company. The ED had arrested Punj Singh alias Puran Kumar Singh in the month of September last year. Earlier, the ED had arrested persons related to the sand syndicate JD(U) MLC Radha Charan Sah alias Seth Ji, his son Kanhaiya, Jag Narayan Singh and Satish Kumar and sent them to jail. The ED also had conducted raid at the residents of Subhash Yadav, close relative of former Chief Minister and RJD supremo Laloo Prasad this month and had seized cash crores of rupees and detained Subhash Yadav under judicial custody. He is the director of the Broadson Construction Private Limited Company.
