PRIVATE AMBULANCES ARE PARKED AT THE MAIN GATE OF THE ARA SADAR HOSPITAL ILLELGALY
With connivance of the officials of the Ara Sadar Hospital, private ambulance drivers are parking their ambulances on the premises of the hospital. As a result, patients as well as their families face a lot of problems. Not only this, the requirement of cleanliness in the hospital is made by the health department and the government as well whereas the cleanliness system is getting spoiled due to these ambulances. It has a bad effect on the mind of the patients.
ARA (RNI) With connivance of the officials of the Ara Sadar Hospital, private ambulance drivers are parking their ambulances on the premises of the hospital. As a result, patients as well as their families face a lot of problems. Not only this, the requirement of cleanliness in the hospital is made by the health department and the government as well whereas the cleanliness system is getting spoiled due to these ambulances. It has a bad effect on the mind of the patients.
Government has made arrangement for the ambulances for the patients but it is stationed on the side of the second road in the Ara Sadar Hospital whereas the private ambulances are stationed at the main gate of the government hospital itself so that the patients can be forced and in a hurry only a private ambulance can be hired. It is not clear that on whose instructions the private ambulances are parked at the main gate of the hospital while the government ambulances are stationed on the obsolete roads so that the patients cannot reach these government ambulances.
Private ambulances charge arbitrary fare from the patients. Under compulsion, the patients have to pay the arbitrary fare to these ambulances. Many times they charge they charge Rs. 4000 to Rs. 5000 as fare for Patna from the patients or their family members. In such a situation, patients have to suffer a lot of financial loss whereas the government has provided government ambulances for the patients but the patients are not getting the benefits of government facility due to indifferent attitude of the officials of the hospital and caucus fo the private ambulance drivers and owners.
A number of guards have been deployed everywhere for the security of the hospital. Despite, it can be easily understood as to what the meaning of private ambulances parking on the campus of the Ara Sadar Hospital and that too at the main gate. A big question mark is put on the efficacy of the Ara Sadar Hospital administration who is not interested in getting these private ambulances out of the hospital premises and why no action is taken against them and the reason is conspicuous with the silence of the officials in this regard.
