The police heaved a sigh of relief after the arrest of the biggest sand mafia Vikas Yadav alias Bhutan Rai. Police were hunting for him for the last several years but every time he dodged the police. At least 10 criminal cases are pending against him.

ARA-----------------------The police heaved a sigh of relief after the arrest of the biggest sand mafia Vikas Yadav alias Bhutan Rai. Police were hunting for him for the last several years but every time he dodged the police. At least 10 criminal cases are pending against him.
It was said that Vikas Yadav alias Bhutan Rai committed several crimes but the police were failed to arrest him. He was also made named accused in an exchange of firing in between two groups three days ago. A special police team was formed to arrest him and the police team conducted raids and arrested Vikas Yadav alias Bhutan Rai in the night on November 4, 2023. Police is considering his arrest as a big success. His arrest is likely to expose many cases of illegal sand mining.
