PAC PERSONNEL SHOT DEAD

Bhabhua, 26 May 2023, (RNI): One PCA personnel shot dead Md. Jahangri Khan at Dumari village under Durgawati police station in Kaimur district. A named FIR has been lodged with the police under Durgawati police station against four persons in this regard on the statement of Aurangjeb Khan, brother of the deceased. Md. Jahangir Khan was appointed in the PAC, Uttar Pradesh and was posted as traffic police in Varanasi. Police are investigating the matter and also conducting raids to arrest the named accused.

SHO Durgawati police station Rajeev Ranjan Singh said that Md Jahangir Khan had come to his native village Dumari under Durgawati police station in Kaimur district on May 22, 2023 but the police later recovered his body in the morning from the courtyard of his house in the village.
