OWNERS AND DRIVERS OF VEHICLES HAVE TO PAY EXCESS AMOUNT AT TOLL PLAZA
Drivers and owners of vehicles are facing a lot of problems as the employees at toll Plaza at Isadhi Bazaar on Ara-Mohania main road are realizing excess amount from them but the officials neither inquire into the matter nor take action against the erring employees resulting resentment among the people. The owners and the drivers of vehicles said as to why the toll plaza was not being organized as the parameter established by the government.

ARA-----------------------------Drivers and owners of vehicles are facing a lot of problems as the employees at toll Plaza at Isadhi Bazaar on Ara-Mohania main road are realizing excess amount from them but the officials neither inquire into the matter nor take action against the erring employees resulting resentment among the people. The owners and the drivers of vehicles said as to why the toll plaza was not being organized as the parameter established by the government.
The drivers and the owners are not getting benefit of fast tag at the toll plaza at Isadhi Bazaar on Ara-Mohania main road. The employees at the toll plaza realized excess amount in cash showing low balance in the fast tag. Five lanes have been made at the toll plaza. Two lanes at either side are meant for cash payment while the rest three lanes are for the fast tag. The government made arrangement for fast tag to check long queue of vehicles and people may not face traffic jam but due to bulling of personnel at toll plaza, people have to pay more in cash despite having fast tag. The people have to pay Rs. 150 in cash though they had to pay Rs. 75 with fast tag.
The personnel at the toll plaza mess with the automatic machine and whenever the owners and drivers showed fast tag, the machine showed low balance and they had to pay excess money in cash and face a lot of problem.
Besides, the government made it necessary to arrange facilities of first aid, free ambulance service, toilets, patrolling vehicles to be used during emergency, petrol, security, puncture etc at the toll plaza but no such facility is available at the toll plaza.
SDO,, Jagdishpur, Seema Kumari said that inquiry would be held at the complaint of people and the employees at the toll plaza would be asked written statement and action would be taken against them if the complaint was found correct and she added that the passengers should get all the facilities at any cost.
