ONE YOUTH SHOT DEAD AT BUXAR

BUXAR----------------------------Some unidentified armed miscreants shot dead a milkman near Ichari village on Itadhi-Buxar main road under Buxar Muffassil police station in Buxar district. The police recovered the body and brought it to the Buxar Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The deceased was identified as Santosh Kumar Yadav 25 son of Brij Bihari Singh of Ichari village. Reason behind the incident is still to be ascertained. Police are investigating the matter.

SHO Buxar Muffassil police station said that Santosh Kumar Yadav used to go to Buxar every day to sell milk. When he was returning home after selling milk in Buxar, some unidentified armed miscreants waylaid and pumped billets into his body from point blank range near Isadhi-Buxar main road near Ichari village under Buxar Muffassil police station and killed him on spot and escaped from the scene.

Buxar DSP Dheeraj Kumar said that body of a youth was recovered. Someone shot him dead. Family members of the deceased suspected that someone killed him over an old enmity. He further said that if the family member of the deceased did not give petition for FIR, the police will lodged an FIR against unidentified persons on their own.
