ONE YOUTH KILLED WHILE ANOTHER INJURED

ARA (RNI) One youth was killed while another injured when two motorcycles collided head-on near Manbhawan Mod under Koelwar police station on Patna-Buxar main road in the evening on March 28, 2024. Police recovered the body and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem and admitted the injured there. The deceased was identified as Arjun Manjhi alias Shunny Majhi 20 son of Shiv Kumar Majhi of Bhadwar Dalit Tola under Chandi police station in Bhojpur district while the injured was identified as Vikram Majhi 21 son of Shiv Raj Majhi of the same village. Later the doctor referred the injured to the Patna Medical College and Hospital in precarious condition.
SHO Koelwar police station said that two youths Arjun Majhi and Vikram Majhi were going to Kulaharia from Koelwar on a motorcycle at a great speed when three youths on another motorcycle, going to Koelwar, collided near Manbhawan Mod under Koelwar police station on Patna-Buxar main road. Arjun Majhi and Vikram Majhi fell to the ground due to collision and skid under the truck loaded with gas cylinder and parked on roadside. The locals rushed them to the Primary Health Centre, Koelwar but the doctors referred them to the Ara Sadar Hospital after first aid. Arjun Majhi succumbed to his injuries on way to the Hospital while the doctors at the Ara Sadar Hospital referred the injured Vikram Majhi to the Patna Medical College and Hospital in precarious condition.
