ONE YOUTH KILLED IN PLEASURE FIRING IN BHOJPUR VILLAGE

Ara, 4 June 2023, (RNI): One youth was killed in pleasure firing at Chet Tola under Sandesh police station in Bhojpur district during a dance programmed in marriage ceremony. The deceased was identified as Dinesh Kumar 26 son of Bindeshwari Yadav of Cehta Tola. The police recovered the body and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem. Meanwhile people in the marriage ceremony, caught the youth who had fired and handed him over to police after thrashing. The arrested youth was identified as Babloo of Rampur village under Chandi police station. The police recovered a blank cartridge from the spot.

SHO Sandesh police station Awadhesh Kumar said that a ‘barat’ from Bamuyi village under Narayanpur police station had come to Cheta village under Sandesh police station where marriage of Asha daughter of Binda Yadav being solemnized. A dance programme was also organized for the entertainment of the guests. During the dance programme, a youth Babloo fired and the bullet hit Dinesh Kumar and killed him on spot.
