ONE YOUTH COMMITS SUICIDE AT ARA

ARA------------------------Bhojpur police recovered body of a youth hanging to a ceiling fan at Haveli Maszid Valiganj locality under Ara town police station and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The deceased was identified as Md. Wasim 36 son of Md. Abdul Rashid of Dharahara Choki area under Ara town police station. He was a labour by profession. The family members blamed that his in-laws killed him and hanged his body to the ceiling fan to give it colour of suicide. An FIR has been lodged with the police under Ara town police station in this regard and the police are investigating the matter.

Md. Shamim, elder brother of the deceased said that his brother Md. Wasim was married to Nasrin beloved of her cousin brother Mahboob in the year 2016. Mahbood frequently visited his house even after the marriage. When this came to light, his family members separated them and since Md. Wasim started living in a house near his in-laws. Whenever Md. Wasim came to his mother, Nasrin along with her cousin brother Mahboob and some others used to come there and quarreled with his mother. Meanwhile, he was in his shop in the late evening, he got information that his brother committed suicide. He at once rushed his in-laws house and found that he was hanging by tying a town around his neck to hook of the ceiling. His one foot was on the floor while the other one was in the air. He immediately informed the police. On information, the police arrived at the spot and took down the body and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem.

Md. Shamim further said that blamed his wife Nasrin, her cousin son and lover Mahboob and his in-laws of killing him.
