ARA--------------------------One priest of a church was crushed to death under the wheel of a running train near Ara railway station under Danapur rail division of East Central Railway (ECR), Hajipur when he was trying to cross the rail track. The deceased was identified as Arvind Kumar 49 son of Matar Ram of Ghatawan village under Kudara police station in Kaimur district. He was a priest in the Willowware Church of India for the last 15 years and lived at Maruti Ward No 15 under Ara town police station in Bhojpur district.
Priest of Holy Church Anil Jiut, an associate of the deceased he was going on tour when the incident took place. He said that he got the news of his sudden demise and he informed the police. Later the police recovered the body and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The deceased was survived by his wife Rani Devi and three daughters Varsha, Ritu and Tesu and a son Vikky Kumar.
