ONE KNACKER BEATEN TO DEATH

Ara, 6 February 2023, (RNI): Bhojpur police recovered body of a knacker from a field at Giddha Industrial area under Giddha police outpost under mysterious circumstances and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The deceased was identified as Jai Prakash alias Dabloo 35 son of Manik Chand Sah of Mahua Shaheed under Aurangabad police station in Aurangabad district who lived in a rented house at Giddha Industrial area under Giddha police outpost for the last eight years and ran a downmarket. An FIR was lodged with the police under Giddha police outpost in this regard and the police are investigating the matter. 

SHO Giddha police outpost said that Jai Prakash alias Dabloo set out of his house at about 9.30pm after taking meal after he received a call on his mobile but he did not return till late night. The family members called several times but no one received the call and in the morning the villagers saw a body in the field at Giddha Industrial area under Giddha police outpost and informed the police. The police recovered the body that showed several bruises on the body. It seemed that he was mercilessly beaten up with traditional weapons.
