ARA----------------------------One youth was killed while three others including two women were injured when a speeding tractor collided head-on with a three-wheeler near Karup village under Shivsagar police station in Kaimur district in the evening on July 19, 2024. The deceased was identified as Md Asfaque Alam son of Aftab Ansari while the injured were identified as Hasbun Bibi wife of Md. Sabir Ansari and Asiya Ansari daughter of Aftab Ansari are admitted to the Bhabhua Sadar Hospital while the police brought the body to the Bhabhua Sadar Hospital for postmortem. Later the driver escaped with the tractor from the scene.
Md Samim Ansari, former Mukhia Sikraur Panchaayat of Shivsagar block in Kaimur district said that all the persons were returning their native village Naudiha on a three wheeler after placing a sheet on the tomb on the occasion of Muharram and when the auto-rickshaw reached near Karup village under Shivsagar police station, a speeding tractor collided head-on with the three-wheeler killing a youth on the spot and injured three others.
