ONE KILLED, ANOTHER INJURED

BUXAR------------------------------One sand loaded truck overturned into a ditch on Itadhi-Dhansoi main road under Dhansoi police station in Buxar district in which khalasi was killed while the driver was seriously injured. The police recovered the body and brought it to the Buxar Sadar Hospital for postmortem and admitted the injured there. The deceased was identified as Sangam Pandey 16 son of Chandra Prakash Pandey and the injured was identified as Sangram Kumar of Hardiya village of Balia district in Uttar Pradesh.

The injured driver Sangram said that he along with Sangam Pandey entered the Itadhi main road from Dinara with sand loaded truck. When they were crossing the Dhansai police station, the police of Dhansai police station chased for realizing money from them. In their bid to escape the police, the driver lost control over the steering and the truck overturned into a ditch in which the khalasi was killed. Seeing this, the Dhansoi police station police fled away from the scene.

SHO Itadhi police station Kamal Nayan Pandey said that on information, the police recovered the body and brought it to the Buxar Sadar Hospital for postmortem and admitted the injured there.

On the other hand, the SHO Dhansoi police station refuted the charges and said that they did not have any information about such incident as the area of incident is under the Itadhi police station.
