New law for Delhi solves all disputes Experts

New Delh. (RNI) Legal experts believe that all the disputes have been resolved by the recently enacted new law for Delhi. Now both the governments should focus on the works of public welfare, so that overall Development can happen.
Sr.advocate of Delhi High Court and former General Secretary of Karkardooma District Court Bar, Rajend Prasad Kaushik said that all disputes have been settled with the new law. Now governments should focus on public welfare works.


Mr. Kaushik said that it is true that the decision of the Supreme Court was different, but with the new law all the disputes have been resolved. Because in this the powers of the center i.e LG and the elected government of Delhi have been clarified.
There was a serious discussion on this new law in both the Houses. After that this law was passed. Therefore, there is no scope left now, said Mr. Kaushik. 
Advocate Ranjan Kumar said that it has become clear from the new law that the BJP government at the center wants to rule Delhi itself through the LG by limiting the powers of the elected AAP government.
The Supreme Court of the country had given its decision on this dispute. It should be accepted by both the parties. There was no need for a new law and if the Center had to do the same, it should have done so before the decision came, he said. 
Fierce woman lawyer Saraswati Bhardwaj said that the new law is very good for Delhi. It was necessary. Disputes have been settled through it. Now development works will speed up.
Advocate Neha Giri told that Delhi is a Union Territory, but it also has a Legislative Assembly and an elected State Government. A case is pending in the court regarding the new law. L.S.
