NINE CARTONS OF IMFL SEIZED
Buxar police seized nine cartons of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) and seized a liquor smuggler from Mission Road under Simari police station in Buxar district.
Buxar, 9 January 2023, (RNI): Buxar police seized nine cartons of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) and seized a liquor smuggler from Mission Road under Simari police station in Buxar district. The arrested liquor smuggler was identified as Pramod Kumar Yadav son of Bhagirathi Yadav of Pandeypur village under Simari police station. A named FIR was lodged with the police under the new Excise Act and sent him to jail after interrogation.
SHO Simari police station said that patrolling party got information that Pramod Kumar Yadav carrying IMFL with him. The police team gheraoed Pramod Yadav near Mission Road and arrested him with the nine cartons of IMFL.
