ARA----------------------------Elaborate arrangement has been made to conduct National Lok Adalat on the campus of Ara Civil Court on September 9, 2023.
District Legal Authority Secretary cum Additional District and Session Judge Aditya Suman said that four National Lok Adalats were to be organized under which the third National Lok Adalat of the year is being organized on September 9, 2023. District and Session Judge, Ara Civil Cort, Brajesh Kumar Malviya will inaugurate the National Lok Adalat. He said that preparation was going on for the last three months and correspondence has been made for the presence of all departments. He added that for the convenience of the parties, 22 benches have been constituted for the National Lok Adalat in which four benches will execute the loan related matters of all the banks while two benches for the electricity disputes and a separate bench for the disputes related to the mining department. Besides, four help desks have also been created for the first time to felicitate the parties to reach the bench for their cases. If any party has any inconvenience related to the dispute, he can keep his point in the office of the District Legal Service Authoriy, Bhojpur Civil Court. Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Aditya Suman further said that in the conciliatory cases, notices have been issued to the parties and for some reasons, they have not reached them, the parties can establish direct contact in the office of the District Legal Services Authority for execution on the basis of conciliation even without notice. The Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Aditya Suman said that in cases related to electricity, after depositing the fine and taking the bail, the accused does not know that the compounding amount has to be deposited in his case. Due to non-payment, the case continues for a long time. Whereas after depositing only some compounding amount, the case of the accused ends in the National Lok Adalat on the same day. About which they were not aware. In such a case, the accused should not wait for the notice.
