NAMED FIR AGAINST THE MANAGER OF A DHARMSHALA, DJ OPERATOR AND OTHERS FOR PLAYING DJ AT HIGH PITCH DESPITE BAN

ARA--------------------------A named FIR was lodged with the police under Ara town police station on the statement of an ASI, Md. Amzad Ansari against Amit Kumar son of Kanhaiya Sah in connection with playing of Disc Jockey (DJ) during a marriage ceremony at high pitch despite ban.

ASI Md. Amzad Ansari said that the Bhojpur district administration has banned playing of DJ at high pitch during any ceremony including marriage ceremony and has warned several times but despite ban and warning, the DJ operator refrained from abiding by the order of the district administration. Meanwhile, a Bhai DJ operator Amit Kumar son of Kanhaiya Sah of Farhada village under Krishnagarh police station was playing DJ at H D Jain Dharmshala at Jail road under Ara town police station during a marriage ceremony. Taking it seriously, a named FIR was lodged with the police under Ara town police station against the Bhai DJ operator, Amit Kumar, Manager, H D Jain Dharmshala, driver of the vehicle loaded with the DJ, owner and the person where the marriage was to be solemnized.
