MURDER ACCUSED ACQUITTED FOR WANT OF EVIDENCE
Additional District and Session Judge VIII Birendra Choubey acquitted all the eight named accused for want of evidences in connection with double murder case.
Ara, 17 February 2023, (RNI): Additional District and Session Judge VIII Birendra Choubey acquitted all the eight named accused for want of evidences in connection with double murder case. The acquitted persons were identified as , Nayeem Mian, Aslam Mian of Chaudhariana under Ara town police station, Avinash Kumar, Abhishek Pandey alias Chhotu of Paharpur under Bihia police station, Ajay Kumar, Deepak Kumar alias Chhotu of Anaith locality under Ara Nawada police station, Shahzaad alias Maas Mian of Gaura Bazaar under Bahoranpur police outpost, Avinash Pandey former Mukhia aspirant of Gaura panchayat in Shahpur block in Bhojpur district.
Some armed miscreants had killed Bottle Bind and Hakim Mian at Ara railway station campus tea stall in the evening on May 4, 2018 and a named FIR was lodged with the police under Nawada police station in this regard against eight persons on the statement of Sania alias Gauri and the police arrested and sent all of them to jail.
After hearing both the parties, the ADJ VIII acquitted all the eight named accused in the case for want of evidences.
