ARA (RNI) Modesty of a minor girl was outraged in a village under Charpokhari police station in the night on August 4, 2023. Later the police arrested the rapist and also brought the girl to the Ara Sadar Hospital for medical examination. The police also got the statement of the mother of the victim registered in the Ara Civil Court under section 164 CrPC. A named FIR was lodged with the police under Charpokhari police station in the regard on statement of the mother of the girl. The rapist is also stated to be teenager.
SHO Charpokhari police station Sanjay Kumar Sinha said that an eight year old girl was sleeping at the roof of her house in a village under Charpokhari police station in the night on August 4, 2023. A teenage boy of the village who lived beside the house of the girl came to the roof of the girl and outraged her modesty and escaped from the scene. Hearing the cry of the girl, the family members and the villagers rushed to the spot and informed the police and arrested the 15 year old rapist with the help of villagers. The police also seized clothes of the girl for medical examination.
It may be mentioned that modesty of a five year old girl was also outraged in a village under Jagdishpur police station some days ago and the police arrested the rapist in this case too.
