Ara, 11 March 2023, (RNI): Father of three children outraged modesty of a teenage girl in a village under Agiaw Bazaar police station in Bhojpur district though the police arrested the rapist and sent him to jail. Police brought the girl to the Ara Sadar Hospital for medical examination and also produce her in the Ara Civil Court to get her statement registered under section 164 CrPC. An FIR has been lodged with the police under Agiaw Bazaar police station in this regard on the statement of the mother of the girl.
SHO Agiaw Bazaar police station said that a teenage girl had gone to the field of the village at about 8pm to attend call of nature when a contractor, Manoj Yadav of Suggi village under Agiaw Bazaar police station caught her and took her to a hut where he outraged her modesty. When the family members knew about it, they complained the police and an FIR was lodged with the police under Agiaw Bazaar police station on the statement of mother of the girl and the police arrested Manoj Yadav and sent him to jail.
