MISCREANTS SH0T DEAD MANAGER OF A RESTAURANT

ARA--------------------------Some unidentified armed miscreants shot dead a Manager of a Hotel near Daulatpur-Balua Bridge under Ara Muffassil police station at about midnight on August 27, 2023 when he was going to his village after finishing his duty at the restaurant. The deceased was identified as Vishal Singh 24 son of Ganesh Singh of Farana Village under Badahara police station in Bhojpur district. Reason behind the incident is still to be ascertained. Later the police recovered the body and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem. An FIR has been lodged with the police under Ara Muffassil police station and the police are investigating the matter and also conducting raids to arrest the miscreants.

Ganesh Singh, father of the deceased said that Vishal Singh worked in a restaurant near Ramana Maidan and he used to return home after finishing his duty at about 11pm. On August 27, 2023, he was returning home on his motorcycle at about 11pm and when he reached near Daulatpur-Balua bridge on Ara-Badahara main road under Ara Muffassil police station. motorcycle borne two armed miscreants intercepted his motorcycle and pumped bullet into his neck from point blank range and killed him on spot. The miscreants escaped with his mobile but left his bag and motorcycle there. Ganesh Singh further said when Vishal Singh did not come home, he tried to contact him on his mobile but the mobile was switched off. He became suspicious and started searching his son along with his nephew and when he reached near Daulatpur Bridge, he found the motorcycle on stand and his body lying on the ground in the pool of blood. He at once informed the police about the incident. He suspected that his son was killed under a planned conspiracy for his property. He speculated that the miscreants waylaid Vishal Singh near Daulatpur Bridge when he was returning home after finishing his day long duty. They locked the motorcycle and pumped bullet into his neck after having some chat. His bad was safe but the miscreants took away his mobile. On information the SHO Ara Muffassil police station Sanjay Singh rushed to the spot.

SHO Ara Muffassil Police station Sanjay Singh said that an FIR has been lodged with the police under Ara Muffassil police station in this regard. Police are investigating the matter and also conducting raids to arrest the miscreants.
