SASARAM---------------------------Some miscreants thrashed an elderly person and later cut off his private part at Lataraa village under Badahari police outpost in Rohtas district. The injured was admitted to the hospital but the doctors referred him to the Patna Medical College and Hospital in precarious condition. The injured was identified as Chataru Ram of Latara village. The incident took place in connection with a land dispute. An FIR has been lodged with the police under Badahari police outpost in this regard. Police are investigating the matter and also conducting raids to arrest the miscreants.
Reportedly, Chataru Ram of Latara village under Badahari police outpost in Rohtas district had a land dispute with his neighbour. At least half a dozen persons came and thrashed Chataru Ram and his wife and when Chataru Ram ran away to inform the police, the miscreants cut off his private part with sharp edged weapon and escaped from the scene.
