BUXAR----------------------One miscreant slipped from the police custody and fled away when he was being brought to the Buxar Civil Court to be produced in the court. Police are conducting raids to arrest him.
Buxar SP Shubham Arya said that three miscreants had looted a motorcycle bearing registration number BR 44 N 5509 from a youth Rohit Kumar Singh of Nadanv village under Industrial police station in Buxar district at the fake plastic pistol point on November 22, 2024. The youth lodged an FIR with the police under Industrial police station. After institution of FIR, the police swung into action and following technical resources arrested all the three miscreants with the looted motorcycle and the fake plastic pistol and their motorcycle from their Majharia village. The arrested miscreants were identified as Ajit Kumar Yadav son of Ganga Sagar Yadav, Golu Kumar Yadav son of Bachacha Kumar Yadav and Chandan Kumar Yadav son of Radheshaym Yadav of Majharia village under Industrial police station in Buxar district. The police was taking them to the Buxar Civil Court to produce them there, one of the miscreants, Chandan Yadav son of Radheyshyam Yadav slide the handcuff and fled away from the police custody near Syndicate area. The SP said that all the entry and exit points have been sealed and the police would very soon arrest Chandan Kumar Yadav. He further said that he inquires the role of police personnel and stern action would be taken if any of them was found guilty in this regard.
