ARA-----------------------One minor girl received bullet injuries and was injured at Jamuaw village under Piro police station in Bhojpur district during arms worship on the occasion of Vishwakarma Puja. The injured was identified as Ayushi Kumari 10 daughter of Munna Kumar of Jamuaw village under Piro police station and niece of Sanjay Pandey, PACS president. Later the injured was rushed to a private nursing home at Babu Bazaar at Ara. An FIR has been lodged with the police under Piro police station and the police are investigating the matter.
Bhojpur SP Pramod Kumar Yadav said that during arms worship on the occasion of Vishwakarma Puja at Jamuaw village under Piro police station bullet fired accidently and hit a minor Girl present there and was injured. He said that the family members of the girl were worshiping illegal arms. The SP further said that exhibition of arms on any occasion is illegal and those who violate this prohibition, are culprits in the eyes of laws. Police are investigating the matter, said he and added that legal action would be taken against the culprits.
