MINOR GIRL AT SHORT STAYED HOME CONSUMES POISON
One minor girl consumed poison at the Short Stayed Home in Buxar district and fell ill. She was rushed to the Buxar Sadar Hospital where she was undergoing treatment.
Buxar, 14 June 2023, (RNI): One minor girl consumed poison at the Short Stayed Home in Buxar district and fell ill. She was rushed to the Buxar Sadar Hospital where she was undergoing treatment. DSP and the SDM also rushed to the hospital. The reason behind the incident is still to be ascertained.
The Child Welfare Committee admitted the girl to the Short Stayed Home at Mahatma Gandhi Nagar locality under Buxar town police station on June 5, 2023 and after nine days of her stay, she consumed poison and tried to commit suicide though the officials are not confirming her consuming poison. They said it would be too early to say anything in this regard. As the news spread, the DSP, Asfaque Ansari and the SDM Dhirendra Mishra rushed to the hospital to know about the incident.
SDM Dhirendra Mishra said that the girl had come to the Short Stayed Home on June 5, 2023 but it cannot be confirmed yet that the girl had consumed poison. The Buxar SP got information that a girl at Short Stayed Home had fell ill and so he sent us to the hospital to know about the incident in detail. Only doctor can confirm what the matter is.
DSP Asfaque Ansari said that on the information of the SDM they had come there and investigating the matter. The matter is not clear but it is said that some poisonous thing she had taken. She is under treatment at the Buxar Sadar Hospital.
