MIDDLE AGED FARMER BEATEN TO DEATH
One middle aged farmer was beaten to death at Dulhinganj near a brick kiln under Jagdishpur police station in Bhojpur district merely for not allowing keeping liquor in his field.
Ara, 4 February 2023, (RNI): One middle aged farmer was beaten to death at Dulhinganj near a brick kiln under Jagdishpur police station in Bhojpur district merely for not allowing keeping liquor in his field. The deceased was identified as Chandradeep Singh alias Nanhak Yadav 45 son of Anwat Singh of Sanaya village under Jagdishpur police station. An FIR has been lodged with the police under Jagdishpur police station in this regard against five persons on the statement of the wife of the deceased. Police are investigating the matter and are also conducting raids to arrest the miscreants.
SHO Jagdishpur police station said that the named accused hid liquor in the field of Chandradeep Singh which he always protested. When he protested, the named accused beat him to death with traditional weapons.
