MARRIED WOMAN SUCCUMBED TO HER INJURIES DURING TREATMENT

ARA------------------------One injured woman succumbed to her injuries when she was being brought to the Ara Sadar Hospital. The police recovered the body and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. The deceased was identified as Neela Devi 35 wife of Shiv Shankar Sah of Manaini village under Charpokhari police station in Bhojpur district.

Shiv Shankar Sah, husband of the deceased said that he along with his wife Nila Devi had come to his in-laws house on a motorcycle at Khangawn village under Chandi police station in Bhojpur district. When he was returning his native village, a speeding vehicle collided with his motorcycle near Jamira village under Ara Muffassil police station on Chandi-Jamira main road in which she was badly injured. She was admitted to a private nursing home at Ara but the doctor referred her to the Patna Medical College and Hospital in precarious condition. Even in Patna, doctor refused saying that she is on the verge of death and so they should take her home. When they were returning home, she succumbed to her injuries near Koelwar.
