MARRIED WOMAN KILLED IN BUXAR DISTRICT, HER BODY WAS DISPOSED OF

BUXAR------------------------One married woman was killed and her body was disposed of at Girdharpur village under Sikraul police station in Buxar district. The family members of the deceased are absconding after the incident. On information, the Dumraon SDPO Asfaque Akhatar Ansari and the SHO Sikrauul police station Birendra Prasad rushed to the spot and started investigating the matter. The deceased was identified as against in-laws of the deceased including the husband on the statement of father of the deceased Umashankar Chaudhary of Chhapara Tola village under Dinara police station in this regard. The deceased was identified as Priyanka Kumari wife of Manish Chaudhary of Girdharpur village.

Quoting the FIR, the SHO Sikraul police station Birendra Prasad said that the deceased Priyanka Kumari daughter of Umashankar Chaudhary of Chhapaara Tola under Dinara police station was married to Manish Chaudhary of Girdharpur village under Sikraul police station in Buxar district about 10 years ago and she had two daughters and a son with the marriage. In the late night on April 8, 2025, the in-laws killed her and disposed of her body in a haste to erase evidence and also fled away from the house.
