One married woman committed suicide by hanging herself to the ceiling fan at her house at Maharana Pratap Nagar locality under Nawada police station when her both the children had gone to their school and when they returned home, they found that the body of their mother was hanging to the ceiling fan.

ARA--------------------------One married woman committed suicide by hanging herself to the ceiling fan at her house at Maharana Pratap Nagar locality under Nawada police station when her both the children had gone to their school and when they returned home, they found that the body of their mother was hanging to the ceiling fan. The deceased was identified as Asmita Devi wife of Santosh Pandey of Maharana Pratap locality. She lived in a rented house of Ram Jee Singh at Ashok Tiwari lane at Maharana Pratap Nagar locality for the five months. Later the police recovered the body and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem. An FIR has been lodged with the police under Nawada police station in this regard. Police are investigating the matter and also conducting raids to arrest the miscreants.
SHO Nawada police station Kamal Jeet said that Santosh Pandey husband of the deceased worked at Bengaluru after completing MBA. Some days ago, she was trapped by a gang who offered her job by taking money and gave away about Rs. 1 lakh from her bank account in the greed of getting a job but her in-laws were not aware of it. After some days, she came to know that she had been cheated. Since, she was suffering from sporadic tension. Her daughter is a student of Class VIII and son is a student of Class III. The SHO further said that the police recovered a three page suicide note in which she had written that she had been a victim of online fraud and so she was committing suicide and neither the member of her family is at fault.
