MARRIED WOMAN ALONG WITH HER MINOR CHILDREN CRUSHED TO DEATH UNDER THE WHEEL OF RUNNING TRAIN

Ara (RNI) One married woman and her two minor children came under the wheel of running train near Semrao Dulaur Tola under Charpokhari police station on Ara-Sasaram rain division and were crushed to death. The deceased were identified as Gudia Devi 28 wife of Pintu Singh of Semrao Dulaur Tola under Charpokhari police station and her two minor children Priyanshu alias Patalu 2 and Chhto Kumari alias Chatalu 1. The police recovered mutilated bodies and brought them to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem. No FIR has so far been lodged in this regard.
The villagers and the in-laws said that Gudia Devi along with her two minor children was crossing the rail track when she came in contact with the running train and died while the maternal family members of the deceased blamed that her in-laws threw the bodies on the trail track after killing them but the police said that the woman committed suicide after she was fed up with the family dispute. The members of both the families clashed over the issue in which Shiv Prasan Singh, father of the deceased of Ishwarpura village under Gadhani police station and the cousin brother of the deceased Gorakh Singh were injured. The police somehow pacified the matter. The police admitted the injured in the CHC, Charpokhari. The police recovered a vial of medicine from the incident site.
Shiv Prasan Singh, father of the deceased of Ishwarpura village under Gadhani police station said that he married his daughter Gudia Devi with Pintu Singh son of Anant Singh of Semrao Dulaur Tola under Charpokhari police station in May 2019. After the marriage, her in-laws demanded a Sofa and bed and their demads were fulfilled this year in the month of February. Again they demanded a gold chain. He talked with Gudia Devi in the evening on October 19, 2023 and in the meantime, the in-laws killed her and her two minor children and threw their bodied on the rail track and when he along with his nephew reached the incident, the in-laws abused and also thrashed them.
DSP Piro, Rahul Singh said that Gudia Devi along with her two minor children seemed to commit suicide due to domestic dispute.
