ARA-----------------------Additional District and Session Judge III, Ara Civil Court Satyendra Singh awarded rigorous life imprisonment to Kaushal Sharma and also slapped a fine of Rs. 10,000 on him in connection with murder of a person.
Additional Public Prosecutors Ajay Kumar and Siyaram Singh said that Suresh Sharma was beaten to death with the handle of an axe near his house at Akhtiyarpur village under Gajrajganj police outpost on August 20, 2022 and a named FIR was lodged with the police under Gajrajganj police outpost against the cousin brother of the deceased Kaushal Sharma.
After hearing both the parties, the ADJ III Satyendra Singh convicted Kaushal Sharma and awarded rigorous life imprisonment and also slapped a fine of Rs. 10,000 on him.
