LEADERS OF DIFFERENT POLITICAL PARTIES BURNT EFFIGY OF THE HOME MINISTER AND DEMANDED HIS RESIGNATION

ARA------------------------Hundreds of activists of the Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist), Revolutionary Youth Association (RYA), All India Students Association (AISA), Rashtriya Janata Dal, All India Congress Committee, Bhojpur unit, burnt effigy of the Home Minister, Amit Sah in protest against his immoderate comment on the Bharat Ratna Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar and cited slogans against him. They were demanding that the Home Minister should apologize from the nation for his immoderate comment and also resign from his post.

Speaking on the occasion, the leaders said that during the discussion on the Constitution, the Home Minister, Amit Shah made derogatory remarks on Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar in the Rajya Sabha. It is condemnable. The Home Minister who took the oath of the Constitution and debated in the Parliament, has insulted the countrymen by making unfair satire on Baba Saheb, the creator of Indian Constitution. They stated that this thing is creating wrong sentiments within the country and Bharatiya Janta Party completely exposes the degradation and dirty mentality of RSS towards Baba Saheb. An attempt is being seen to destroy democracy and the constitutional process in the country and in such a situation, India would not tolerate insult to Baba Saheb. The leaders further said that the Home Minister has no respect for Baba Saheb. These are the people who do not believe in the Constitution and in the background, the Home Minister has no moral right to continue on his post. The leasers demanded that either the Home Minister apologize from the nation openly and also resign from his post.
