LAST RITES OF HUSBAND AND WIFE PERFORMED ON A SINGLE PYRE IN BUXAR DISTRICT

Buxar, 21 June 2023, (RNI): A few hours of the death of wife, husband could not tolerate and died at Naya Chowk under Buxar Town police station in Buxar district. The deceased were identified as Kamal Prasad Sonar and his wife Ram Dulari Devi. Two bodies were taken to the crematorium and last rites were performed of both the couple on a pyre.

Reportedly, Ram Dulari Devi 81wife of Kamal Prasad Sonar 84 died of heat stroke at Naya Chowk under Buxar town police station in Buxar district near the Head Post Office. She was ailing for some time. The death of Ram Dulari Devi shocked her husband Kamal Prasad Sonar and he breathed his last within few hours of the death of his wife.
