KAIMUR POLICE SEIZE 70 LITRES OF COUNTRY MADE LIQUOR AND ARREST TWO LIQUOR SMUGGLERS

BHABHUA (RNI) Kaimur police, acting on a tip off arrested two liquor smugglers with 70 litres of country made liquor from Dhangada Mauza of Saraiya Panchayat under Bhagwanpur police station in Kaimur district. A named FIR is lodged with the police under Bhagwanpur police station in this regard under the New Excise Act and the police sent them to jail after interrogation. The arrested liquor smugglers were identified as Ramdhari Ram son of late Moti Lal Ram and Neeraj Ram son of Ramdhari Ram.

SHO Bhagwanpur police station Uday Kumar said that he got information at about midnight that liquor was being sold from a house at Dhangad Mauza. He at once swung into action and conducted raid at a house at Dhangad Mauza and seized 70 litres of country made liquor. The police also arrested two liquor smugglers Ramdhari Ram and his son Neeraj Ram from the spot.
