KAIMUR POLICE ARREST SEVEN KIDNAPPERS AND RECOVERED THE MINOR BOY

BHABHUA-----------------------------Kaimur police arrested seven miscreants including a woman mastermind of the ang and also recovered a kidnapped one and half a year old child from their clutch. The arrested miscreants were identified as Puja Kumari daughter of Lalan Bind of Darawa under Mohania police station, Chintu Prasad and Pintu Prasad sons of late Ramashish Bind, Shatrughan Patel son of late Baidyanath Singh, Bhanu Prasad Singh of Rampur, Mangaru alias Suny Kumar son of Jitendra Thakur of Parmalpur under Sonhan in Kaimur district. Puja Kumari is said to be the mastermind of the gang. The police also recovered a motorcycle, clothes and a Scorpio.

Kaimur SP Lalit Mohan Sharma said that Jitendra Kumar son of Harendra Kumar of Mela Nunav village under Ninav police station lived in a hut under the Kudara Over Bridge under Kudara police station in Kaimur district. On June 15, 2024, motorcycle borne some miscreants kidnapped the one and half a year old son of Jitendra Ram. An FIR was lodged with the police under Kudara police station in this regard. After institution of FIR, the police swung into action and he formed a police team and the police team following CCTV footage and scientific evidences arrested seven miscreants including the woman mastermind of the gang.

The SP stated that during investigation it came to light that the miscreants got the Adhar Card in the fake name of the child and were planning to sell him out. He said that all the arrested miscreants are related to human trafficking. He added that before kidnapping the child, the miscreants had recced and the mastermind of the gang Puja Kumar had given Rs. 20,000 to Pintu Prasad and Shatrughan Patel in advance for the kidnapping of the boy.
