KAIMUR POLICE ARREST A MEAT SHOP OWNER WITH FOUR GOATS FREED AFTER WORSHIPPING OF GODDESS KALI

BHABHUA, (RNI) Kaimur police arrested a person with four he-goats from near Ramgarh Durga Chowk under Ramgarh police station. The arrested person was identified as Abdula Quraishi while Anish Quraishi and Mirza Quraishi are absconding.
SHO Ramgarh police station said that Anish Quraishi and Abdulla Quraishi sons of Mirza Quraishi of Devahalia Road Ward No 1 ran a meat shop at Ramgarh Durga Chowk under Ramgarh police station in Kaimur district. He said that the locals informed him that someone had cut ears and frees four he goats after worshiping goddess Kali when their wishes were fulfilled but the meat shop owners have caught them and are trying to sell their meat after slaughtering them. On information, the police rushed to the spot and recovered the four he-goats whose ears were cut and arrested one Abdulla Quraishi while his father and brother are absconding. As per the Sanatan religion, people worshiped goddess Kali and freed goats, bulls, buffalos after cutting their ears when their wishes were fulfilled and any harm to such animals hurt the sentiments and may disturb communal harmony. The SHO said that the police have recovered the goats whose ears are cut and are investigating the matter.
