BHABHUA--------------------------Kaimur District Magistrate Sawan Kumar suspended Hari Narayan Ram, a senior clerk in the Zonal office, Durgawati with immediate effect on charge of demanding illegal money for the Xerox copy of khatiyan.
Hari Narayan Ram is accused of demanding illegal money for the Xerox copy of khatiyan and the video of which became viral on a news channel. After investigation, prima facie the allegations against Hari Narayan Ram were found to be true. The said act of Hari Narayna Ram was found to be negligence towards duty, arbitrariness, corrupt conduct and contrary to the provisions contained in the Bihar Government Servant Conduct Rules 1976. In the light of the provisions of Bihar Government Servant Rules-2005, Hari Narayan Ram was suspended with immediate effect. Hari Narayan Ram has been asked to present his side with evidence in 15 days.
