First Excise Special Judge, Bhabhua Civil Court, Anil Kumar Thakur slapped a fine of Rs. 5000 on the Station House Officer (SHO) Mohania police station and Xerox copies of the order to the Superintendent of Police, Kaimur, District Magistrate Kaimur and Excise Police Superintendent, Kaimur. The Court also ordered him to produce all the witnesses in the court on June 25, 2024.

BHABHUA--------------------------First Excise Special Judge, Bhabhua Civil Court, Anil Kumar Thakur slapped a fine of Rs. 5000 on the Station House Officer (SHO) Mohania police station and Xerox copies of the order to the Superintendent of Police, Kaimur, District Magistrate Kaimur and Excise Police Superintendent, Kaimur. The Court also ordered him to produce all the witnesses in the court on June 25, 2024.
Trial of a case related to liquor is in progress in the court and the accused had fined bail petition in the Patna High Court and the Patna High Court had to dispose of the case on July 7, 2024 but the SHO Mohania police station did not produce the witnesses in the court for the last 45 dates. The court observed that it was a dally-dallying act on the part of the SHO and taking it very serious the court slapped a fine of Rs. 5000 on him and also ordered to produce all the witnesses in the court on June 25, 2024.
